Data Deletion Instructions

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data Brethof AI holds about you at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address on your account along with any connected social account or handle. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account information — email, name, and hashed password
• Connected-account credentials — the access tokens we store to publish on your behalf to connected services (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others)
• Associated metadata — scheduled or draft posts and the settings tied to your account

Facebook & Instagram

Brethof AI connects to your Facebook and Instagram accounts only with your explicit authorization, to publish content you schedule. You can revoke that access yourself at any time:

• Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) → remove Brethof AI.
• Instagram — Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → remove Brethof AI.

Removing the app immediately revokes our access. To also erase any data we already stored, email [email protected] as described above and we will delete it within 30 days.

Local-first software

Most of our tools (for example Brethof Voice Pro) process your data locally on your own device. Data held on your device is removed when you delete it there or uninstall the software — it never reaches our servers in the first place.
