1. The service

Brethof AI Reviews makes short, independent video reviews of software and AI tools. When you subscribe, we review your product: we research it, install it on one clean setup, use it on a real task, record what happens and give a verdict. The service is operated by Brethof AI (Poland). A subscription covers one product.

2. The plans

Review. Every paid month, one new review video of your product, 1–2 minutes long and presented by our AI-generated host, in English and in Chinese. We post it on the channels listed on brethof.ai/reviews, give it a review page on brethof.ai and a place in our list of reviews, and list your product in The Global Almanac.

Review + Ads. Everything in Review, plus the right to run the review videos as paid ads while you are subscribed (section 5), and a 15-second and a 30-second ad cut of every review video.

The article. An in-depth article from the same testing is a separate, one-off purchase. It is posted as an X Article on our account and on dev.to, and linked from your review page.

Each month’s review looks at your product from a different angle: a feature, a use case or an update. We choose the angle after our own research; you may tell us what is new or important, and we take it into account.

3. The verdict is ours

You pay for an honest review, not a positive one. We decide the scenario, the script, the edit and the verdict. A verdict can be Strongly recommended, Recommended, Recommended with caveats or Not recommended, and a paid review can carry any of them.

You may correct factual errors, before and after publishing: tell us at hello@brethof.ai what is wrong and what is right, and we fix the review page and, where the platform allows it, the posts. You do not approve the script, the wording or the verdict, and a disagreement with the verdict is not a factual error.

Every paid review, listing and article says that it is sponsored, and that the payment does not influence the verdict. Links from them to your product are marked as sponsored links.

4. What we need from you

• Demo access. If your product needs an account or a paid plan, you give us demo access. We make the month’s review once we have it. If you do not give us access, that month is still charged and we do not make it up later: the delay is on your side, not ours.
• A product we can run. Today we review products that run in a web browser, on Linux or on Windows. We do not review macOS or iOS apps yet. If you are unsure, ask us before you subscribe.
• A lawful product. We do not review products that are illegal, harmful or deceptive, and we may end a subscription if a product turns out to be one (section 9).

We use demo access only to make your reviews, keep it out of every recording, and stop using it when your subscription ends. Change or remove the demo account whenever you like.

5. Your rights to the videos

The videos, the review pages and the articles are ours; we give you the following rights to use the videos.

• Reposting, on every plan. While you are subscribed, you may repost the review videos on your own channels and your own website. This is organic use, not paid advertising.
• Each video yours for good after six months. Each video has its own clock. Once a video is six months old and you have stayed subscribed for all of those six months, you may keep reposting that video on your own channels and website for good, also after you cancel.
• Paid ads, on Review + Ads only. While you are subscribed to Review + Ads, you may run the review videos and their ad cuts as paid ads. That right ends when the subscription ends, and it never becomes permanent.

Whatever the use, the video stays as we made it: you may not edit it to change what it says, cut the verdict out of context, or remove the sponsored label or the label saying our host is AI-generated. When you run a video as an ad, you follow the ad platform’s rules on disclosing paid content.

6. Prices, billing and taxes

The prices are the ones on brethof.ai/reviews when you subscribe, in US dollars, plus taxes. You can pay monthly, six months upfront or twelve months upfront. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe adds the tax that applies to you and issues an invoice for every payment.

A founder price stays in effect for as long as your subscription remains active. We do not raise the price of an active subscription: a new price applies only to new subscriptions.

7. No refunds, and our promise to deliver

There are no refunds. A review can say Not recommended, and the payment never depends on what the review says. This includes a billing period that has started and the unused part of a prepaid six- or twelve-month period when you cancel.

If we fail to deliver a month’s review through our own fault, that month is credited to you: your next billing period is extended by one month at no charge.

8. For businesses only

Brethof AI Reviews is sold only to businesses: makers buying a review of their own product, for their trade. At checkout you confirm that you are buying for your business and not as a consumer. Because of that, the consumer right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to these subscriptions.

9. Cancellation and what stays

The minimum term is the period you pay for: one month on a monthly plan, six or twelve months on a prepaid one. You cancel yourself, any time, in Stripe’s billing portal: the link “Manage or cancel your subscription” is on brethof.ai/reviews. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then no new reviews are made.

Published reviews stay up after you cancel: the review pages, the posts and the videos. Your rights to the videos then follow section 5: paid-ad rights end, reposting ends for videos younger than six months, and the videos that already became yours stay yours.

We may end a subscription if you break these terms, if your product turns out to be illegal, harmful or deceptive, or if we stop offering the service. If we end it for any reason other than a breach on your side, we refund the unused whole months of a prepaid period.

10. What we do not promise

We promise the reviews described in section 2, made with care. We do not promise views, followers, customers, sales or search rankings, or an audience on any platform. The channels we post on may change; the current list is on brethof.ai/reviews.

11. Your data

We keep what we need to run your subscription: your name and email, your product’s details, the demo access you give us (section 4) and what we write to each other. Stripe keeps your payment details under its own terms. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else. Write to hello@brethof.ai to see it or have it deleted; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to subscribers at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by Polish law. Questions: hello@brethof.ai.
