1. License grant

Brethof Voice Pro is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on the number of devices specified by your plan.

• Personal license — 2 devices, 1 user
• Business license — per seat, managed by a company admin
• Trial — 14 days, full functionality, 1 device

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the software, including the AI models, source code, and design, remain with Brethof AI. Your license grants usage rights only.

3. Permitted use

You may use Brethof Voice Pro for personal or commercial transcription purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Extract, copy, or redistribute the AI models
• Share your license key or account credentials
• Use the software to build a competing product
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

4. Updates

Your license includes software updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. After that, you may continue using the version you have, or purchase an update extension to receive newer versions.

5. Trial

The free trial provides full access for 14 days. No credit card is required. When the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the software.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Privacy

Your use of the software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The software processes audio locally and does not transmit voice data to our servers.

8. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Brethof AI does not guarantee that transcriptions will be error-free. The software is a tool to assist with transcription, not a replacement for human review in critical applications.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brethof AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and delete all copies. Sections on ownership, disclaimer, and liability survive termination.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
