part = Personal allows modifications for your own use; redistributing modified versions or selling prints of them requires the Commercial Licence.

Personal Licence — full text

When you buy a model under the Personal Licence, Brethof AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

Print as many physical copies of the model as you want, for personal, non-commercial use.
Modify the model files for your own personal use.
Display the printed objects publicly (in your home, on social media, in a hobbyist video, etc.).
Give a printed copy as a gift to friends or family, free of charge.

The Personal Licence does not permit you to:

Sell printed copies, charge for them, or accept any consideration in exchange for them.
Use the model or its prints in any commercial activity — client work, paid commissions, products for resale, monetised media.
Distribute, share, upload, or sublicense the digital files (GLB, OBJ, etc.) to anyone.
Distribute modified versions of the digital files.
Pass the licence to another person — it's tied to your account.

Commercial Licence — full text

The Commercial Licence includes everything in the Personal Licence, plus a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to:

Print and sell physical copies of the model in unlimited quantities, at any price you set.
Use the model and its prints in client work, paid services, and commercial projects.
Use the model as an asset in commercial digital products — video games, films, animations, advertisements.
Use the model in commercial merchandise, consumer products, or as part of a service offering.
Modify the model freely and use the modified version commercially. Modifications do not need to be credited back to us.

The Commercial Licence does not permit you to:

Resell or redistribute the digital files (original or modified) as standalone files, in asset packs, or as a free or paid download. The licence covers physical and visual output, not the source files themselves.
Claim authorship of the original model, register a trademark or copyright over our work, or restrict our right to sell the same model to other customers.

Upgrading from Personal to Commercial

You can upgrade any time. Buy the Commercial Licence for the same model and your purchase is recorded under the higher tier. The Personal purchase is not refunded but counts as part of the upgrade — we don't take that as a separate hit. Email us if you want this credited automatically.

Attribution

Credit is appreciated but not required for either licence. If you mention the source, "Model by Brethof AI — brethofai.com" is fine.

Termination

Both licences are perpetual unless you breach them. If you breach the licence (for example, by redistributing the digital files), we may revoke it on written notice, after which you must stop using the files and destroy your local copies. Physical objects you produced before the breach can stay.

The descriptions above cover the common cases. If you have a specific use case that isn't obviously covered — for example, a non-profit charity sale, a film project where you need an unusually broad licence, or a corporate use with many seats — email [email protected] and we'll write it down explicitly.
